This website and online store are operated by Drazp LLC, doing business as Drazp. Throughout these Terms, “Drazp,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Drazp LLC. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.

ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this website or purchase products. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and to promptly update it when necessary.

PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on your device. Prices and product availability may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and do not include any separately displayed shipping charge.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after processing is 3–7 business days. Shipping charges vary by order and destination and are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES
Applicable import taxes and duties are prepaid or included in the order price. Customers do not need to pay additional import taxes or duties when the order is delivered.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from delivery. Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, tagged, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Worn or used items are not eligible for return except where required by law. Discounted products are not automatically final sale; any exception will be clearly identified before checkout.

Contact us before returning an item. Customers pay ordinary return postage, while Drazp LLC pays reasonable return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We charge no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours after ordering and cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment begins.
