SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Drazp LLC, doing business as Drazp.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME
After processing, estimated delivery is 3–7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost varies depending on the order and destination. The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete payment. We ship only to countries and regions available for selection at checkout.

TRACKING
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address or phone number provided with the order. Tracking information can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us within 24 hours after ordering if you need to request an address change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing or fulfillment has begun.

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES
Applicable import taxes and duties are prepaid or included in the order price. Customers do not need to pay additional import taxes or duties when the order is delivered.

DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, AND DAMAGED PACKAGES
If an order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at fr8quency@gmail.com or +1 (307) 215-8652 with your order number. Please include clear photographs if the package or item arrived damaged. We will review the issue and work with the carrier or arrange an appropriate resolution.
