Drazp LLC offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with its original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags or packaging are not eligible for return, except where required by law.

Before sending an item back, contact us at fr8quency@gmail.com or +1 (307) 215-8652. Customer support inquiries are accepted 24 hours a day, and we aim to respond within 24 hours. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Do not send returns to our Wyoming business address. We will provide return instructions after approving your request.

RETURN SHIPPING AND FEES
Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping costs. Drazp LLC pays reasonable return shipping costs when an item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and clear photographs when applicable.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

CANCELLATIONS
You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order by contacting us. After 24 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed because processing or fulfillment may have begun.

REFUNDS
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us.

EUROPEAN UNION COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If an order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
