Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with their original tags and packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email drazpsupport@proton.me with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our support team will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending items back; the business address on our website is not automatically the return address.

Return shipping and fees

Customers pay the return shipping cost for change-of-mind returns. Drazp covers reasonable return shipping costs for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect; contact us first so we can arrange the return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email drazpsupport@proton.me with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us resolve the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund, taking account of your applicable consumer rights.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post it. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law. Any refund due for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item will include delivery charges where required by law.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact support if you want a different size or item. We will explain the available return and replacement options. To request an order change or cancellation, contact us promptly. Orders that have already been dispatched may need to be returned under this policy.

This policy does not restrict any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including any mandatory cancellation period.
