About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Drazp at drazp.com and use of our website. Please read them with our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order. If you have a question, contact drazpsupport@proton.me.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information when ordering. You must be legally able to make the purchase or have authorization from someone who is. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use.

Product prices and availability are shown on the website. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and the order total are displayed at checkout before you submit your order. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, or a significant listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.

Products and delivery

Read the product description, measurements, and care instructions before ordering. Product images illustrate the items; screen settings may affect how colors appear. This does not limit your rights if an item differs materially from its description.

Available delivery options and charges are presented at checkout. Any delivery estimates shown are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Contact support if your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or delivered incorrectly so we can investigate and explain the available remedy.

Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, how to request a return, who pays return shipping, and refund timing. It forms part of the terms of your purchase. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

Website use and privacy

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, misuse another person's information, or submit fraudulent orders. Website text, branding, and images must not be reproduced commercially without the rights holder's permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment processing and website hosting may be provided through Shopify and other service providers as described in that policy.

Updates and questions

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
