Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your shipment.

You can also check your tracking information on our Track Your Order page.

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
  
• All original tags, labels and packaging must be included.
  
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  
• The item must not be damaged, washed, altered, or show signs of wear.
  

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

• Review and approve your return request
  
• Provide you with return instructions
  
• Guide you through the return process
  

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return arrives at our processing facility and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

After this, your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to complete the transfer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
